Process
I blended positive aspects of two thumbnails into one rough – this ended up being the right choice, then made the logo in illustrator, the connected 8’s resembling a racetrack and the colours bold, fast and powerful. I kept the design clean and simple, wanting the illustrator of the driver to be the main attraction of the pass. The websites focal point is the racing helmet which is a key symbol of C8H18.
